Planetary mixer IP 30

The IP 30 planetary mixer is suitable for making dough such as pizza, bread and other types of yeast. The planetary IP 30 is equipped with a mechanical three-speed motor, with a reduction system with steel gears and a cooling fan. The IP 30 model is equipped with a stainless steel vat with a capacity of up to 30 liters, easy to remove and clean, topped by a protective wire grid. The protection grid is equipped with a special safety system, which is activated when the vat is lowered and the grid is opened. This planetary mixer is also equipped with controls with integrated timer and a power take-off. It is possible to combine the model IP 30 with the fresh pasta extruder, which allows the production of long or short pasta in a simple and professional way.
