Spiral kneader IS 5

The spiral kneader IS 5 is a kneader equipped with a stainless steel 304 tank with kneading capacity up to 5 kg. This machine is equipped with a spiral, a column "split dough" and a stainless steel tank protection suitable for food contact and designed to withstand strong stresses. The transmission takes place with chains and belt, in such a way as to eliminate both the need to lubricate the mechanical parts with oil and the tedious noises and expensive maintenance. The machine is equipped with a control panel and a start button, as well as a protection with micron locking for user safety. In particular, this version allows the tank to complete 20 laps per minute, while the spiral performs 129 laps. Spiral kneader is a machine suitable for processing ingredients such as flour, sugar, fat, salt, yeast etc. to obtain dough for pasta, bread and pizza (suitable for high hydration dough, from 55-65% water).
