Fresh pasta machine PS 40

The PS 40 fresh pasta machine is a professional machine for semi-industrial production entirely made of Aisi 304 stainless steel and it is mounted on wheels and locking feet. It is complete with an electronic adjustable speed knife for the production of short pasta, and equipped with a fan for a first drying of the extruded pasta. The PS 40 pasta machine extrusion speed is 40 kg/h and thanks to the water cooling system it is possible to produce for many hours in a row without waiting for the extrusion cylinder to cool down, as it keeps the temperature low. The machine is equipped with a touch screen control system with the ability to load and customize recipes according to your production needs, customizing the extrusion speed, the knife speed and the temperature of the extrusion cylinder.
