Description

A complete set for making good homemade pasta, quickly and in large quantities. The package contains the Imperia machine to make the sheet in 6 different thicknesses, the Imperia Duplex cutter for 2 types of pasta (tagliatelle and fettuccine) and the new Imperia Pasta Facile motor (with the new bracket-guide). Imperia Pasta Facile, plug-in mounted on the machine, allows working with both hands making the work faster and allowing for a homogeneous sheet of pasta due to the constant speed of the rollers.

The electric version is a must buy because it makes it easier to use than the manual winding especially if you have a modern kitchen. Very robust pasta machine. It would be nice to include a brush to clean off the remaining dough and flour on the machine. Will slowly start buying the other pasta forms!

So glad I found Lineapasta! Less than half the price compared to buying the same machine within Canada, even after accounting for shipping from Italy and taxes. I purchased the La Fattorina for my wife as an anniversary gift, it's the perfect size for serving 4 to 8 people at home. The quality of the La Fattorina is very high, it is clearly commercial-grade quality in a small (but heavy!) package for home use. Lineapasta replied to my email inquiry very quickly, and the shipment arrived to me in Canada from Italy in 3 business days. The machine was very well packaged to prevent damage. Very satisfied customer from Canada, and we look forward to purchasing a bunch of new dies to try out different pasta shapes!
