PURCHASE

What does it mean if a product is “available for immediate delivery”?
It means that the goods are already present in our warehouses and are ready to be shipped in approximately 2-3 working days from receipt of payment. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination (and the presence or absence of customs process).

I want to proceed with the purchase, what should I do?
For all machines and accessories available for immediate delivery we suggest proceeding with the purchase directly via the site. Simply click on the blue "Add to cart" button on the page of the desired machines/accessories and continue by entering all the required information. At the end of the purchase procedure you can also choose the desired payment method; in the case of PayPal or credit card, payment will be immediate while in the case of bank transfer you will receive an email containing all the information to make the payment.
For all machines where the "Add to cart" option is not available, we invite you to contact us to request a personalized quote.

Once contacted, what is the purchase procedure?
In order to proceed with the purchase it is necessary to first prepare a detailed offer which will contain all the necessary details in order to guarantee the customer absolute clarity and transparency of purchase. To do this, we will need various information such as billing/delivery address, machine voltage, accessories list etc.
Once you receive the offer via email, make sure the product list and all your details are correct. At this point, click on "Accept and pay" and you can choose the payment option best suited to your needs.

Why can't some machines be purchased directly online?
Generally, larger and bulkier machines cannot be purchased directly online as shipping needs to be quoted from time to time by the operator.
To purchase machinery for which the "Add to cart" option is not available, simply click on the "Request information" button and we will reply to you with all the relevant information.

 

PAYMENTS

Can I pay upon delivery of the goods?
It is not possible to pay by cash on delivery. The machines are prepared to order and therefore we require the payment of at least 30% of the total purchase value to begin the preparation of the order. The balance must always be paid before shipping the goods.

What forms of payment are accepted?
- Bank transfer: bank transfer is the simplest, safest and cheapest way to confirm your order. Remember that the crediting times of a bank transfer vary depending on the country you are in.
- PayPal: secure payment via PayPal circuit, you can proceed with the payment directly from your PayPal account.
- Credit card: secure payment by credit card. All the most common credit cards are accepted such as Visa, MasterCard, PayPal Prepaid Card, Postepay, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura.

Do you offer leasing, long-term loan, rental, etc.?
We do not offer any of these services, but we can provide you with the necessary documentation to be able to directly request a loan from your bank.

 

SHIPMENTS AND COLLECTIONS

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

What type of shipping do you offer?
The standard shipping we offer is DAP insured shipping (door to door click here) by air with TNT/FedEx/DHL couriers, this means that you will receive the goods in a short time and directly at the address indicated when ordering.
In the case of particularly large and heavy machines (over 300kg), in the case of difficult to reach areas or in the case of limits imposed by the courier, we also offer the CIF solution (click here); in this case the goods will arrive by ship/plane to the nearest port/airport and from here once the import procedures have been completed (thanks to the help of a local import company chosen by you before shipping) the goods will be delivered to you directly to your final address.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the type of product purchased. Goods ready for immediate delivery are usually shipped in 2-3 working days while for goods not ready for immediate delivery, preparation times vary from 10 to 30 working days. However, the customer will always be informed about the timing. However, delivery times remain indicative and are intended in normal working conditions.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email directly from the courier containing the tracking number to follow your shipment in all its phases. It is very important that the contact details provided such as telephone number and email are correct as the courier may contact you in case of difficulty or to request payment of duties (if due).

Can I come and collect my order once it is ready?

VAT AND DUTIES

Are the prices with or without VAT?
All prices of new and used machinery are exclusive of VAT.

I am an Italian company, am I subject to VAT payment?
Yes, all Italian companies are subject to paying 22% Italian VAT on their order. These subjects will be regularly issued an invoice.

I am an Italian private individual, am I subject to the payment of VAT?
Yes, all Italian private entities are subject to the payment of 22% Italian VAT on their order. These subjects will be regularly issued an invoice.

I am a company based in the EU, am I subject to VAT?
All foreign companies that are part of the European community and have a regular VAT number registered with VIES (click here) are exempt from paying VAT. These subjects will be regularly issued an invoice.

I am a European private individual, am I subject to VAT?
Private entities belonging to the European community are subject to the VAT in force in their country. For these subjects, according to EU directive 2455/2017 of 1 July 2021, no invoice will be issued.

I am a company based outside the EU, am I subject to VAT?
Companies based outside the European Community are exempt from paying VAT at the time of purchase. An invoice will be issued to these subjects.

I am a non-EU private individual, am I subject to paying VAT?
Private individuals outside the European Community are exempt from paying VAT upon purchase. An invoice will be issued to these subjects.

Are customs duties included in the final price?
Customs duties are never included in our sales offer.
Once the goods arrive at the local customs, the customs themselves will contact you requesting all the documentation necessary for customs clearance together with the payment of any customs duties or taxes. For more information on this matter, we recommend that you contact the customs agency closest to you.

 

WARRANTY

How long does the warranty last?
As required by law, all products indicated as new on Lineapasta are covered by a 12-month warranty for defects of conformity. Failures caused by misuse or improper use of the product are not covered by the warranty. In the case of European private entities, the guarantee extends to 24 months.
To benefit from warranty assistance, the customer must keep the invoice and original packaging.

What happens if I have a problem after the warranty period has ended?
Lineapasta works daily to ensure that our customers receive constant assistance. At any time, even after the warranty period has expired, you can contact us for assistance.

 

ASSISTANCE

What do I do if the product arrives damaged on delivery?
If the packaging is obviously damaged upon delivery, sign the courier's note and write "I accept with reservation" followed by the type of problem encountered (for example "I accept with reservation: wet packaging", "I accept with reservation: punctured packaging", "I accept with reservation: packaging damaged in one corner").
Only goods accepted with justified reservation can be repaired or replaced if they are found to be broken.

The machine has stopped working, what should I do?
In order to provide assistance, the first thing we need is a copy of the purchase invoice or order number. Next we need a detailed description of the problem (even better if accompanied by videos/photos that you can send to our WhatsApp number) showing if the machine makes noises, which lights come on, which buttons you pressed, etc.
Most of the time it may be necessary to simply replace the fuse or check that the safety circuit breaker has not gone into protection.
Before proceeding to carry out any checks on the machine yourself, we invite you to contact us.

In the event of a breakdown, which assistance center should I contact?
Lineapasta does not have local assistance centers outside Italy but is committed to providing constant technical support and spare parts to resolve fault or malfunction problems in the shortest time possible, both in the period covered by warranty (free of charge) and in the subsequent non-guaranteed period. covered by warranty (for a fee).

 

QUESTIONS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS

Are the products marked as new brand new?
Yes, the products indicated as "new" are new from the factory, ready for delivery or to be assembled to order.

What voltage should I choose for the machine?
Electrical standards change depending on the country where you want to use the machine. Generally in Europe, Asia and Africa the electrical standard is 220V/50Hz single phase or 380V/50Hz three phase (with exceptions), while in America the standard is 110V/220V 60Hz single phase or 220V/60Hz three phase (again with exceptions ). We invite you to contact your trusted electrician for clarification regarding the electrical standard used in your country and in your laboratory.
If possible, we recommend opting for the three-phase option (and therefore possibly evaluating the installation of a three-phase line in your laboratory if it is not equipped with one) as the three-phase motor is subject to lower current loads for the same power delivered, consequently statistically it is less subject to problems in the long term.

Are the dies compatible between the different machine models you offer on your site?
Usually each machine has its own specific dies and there is rarely compatibility between different models. If you want to be sure that a die is compatible, contact us at our email address.

Can I cut all short pasta shapes with the short pasta knife?
Some short pasta shapes, if they have a central extrusion hole in the die, cannot be cut with the electronic knife but must be cut manually. This happens especially in large formats compared to the size of the die.

Do you buy second hand machines?
We evaluate the purchase of perfectly functioning used machines and equipment.
