Medium-sized professional machines for the production of fresh pasta up to a production that can even reach 200 kg/h. These machines are commonly used in restaurants, delicatessens and small artisan workshops. All the presses in this category have a tank that can contain a minimum of 5 kg of dough up to a capacity of 50 kg. Almost all models are available with a knife for short pasta, a fan for initial drying of the pasta and a water cooling system for several consecutive productions. Some models provide for the addition of accessories for the production of ravioli and gnocchi. Given the size of the tank, most of these machines are wheeled.
