Fresh pasta maker TR 95 for the production of various types of fresh pasta, also available in the TR 95 INOX version with body entirely in stainless steel. The components in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use. The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life seals. Drive with three-phase electric motor, maintenance-free transmission. The TR 95 is equipped with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps and the connection cable to the electrical network is of the flame-retardant type. Easy disassembly of the work parts that allows access to each part of the machine for complete cleaning. The machine includes an electronic pasta cutter for short pasta, a carafe for measuring liquids, a key for the ring nut and a pasta tray. The purchase of the trolley is strongly recommended.
Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

Lids fit the tray; however the lids and trays together will not fit on the 7 tray trolley. The height becomes too tall. Unfortunately, I can’t use the lids I purchased. I don’t know if this is the case with all trolleys.
