Countertop double sheet ravioli machine RV 50 is a machine for the production of ravioli with interchangeable molds entirely built in stainless steel. The RV 50 is fed by a 120 mm pasta sheet that produces tape ravioli automatically separated. The mould substitution is as simple as adjusting the amount of filling, and it is possible to use any type of soft filling (meat, cheese, vegetables). The RV 50 comes complete of 1 standard ravioli mould and the stainless steel trolley.
