Description
Imperia Restaurant Manual pasta sheeter (Cod. 010 / Cod. 6010) is manufactured in Italy with great craftsmanship to guarantee its robustness and durability over time.
With the help of its optional accessories (to be purchased separately), it is possible to produce an infinite variety of pasta-based first courses: spaghetti, angel hair, tagliatelle, trenette, fettuccine, lasagne etc.
The Restaurant Manual is available in two different versions: with smooth rollers to obtain a smoother and more homogeneous sheet with a more "industrial" appearance or with rough rollers to obtain a more home-made effect, reproducing the result that would be obtained with the rolling pin.
