Tabletop dough sheeters SR for fresh pasta with wooden cylinders from 250 mm to 400 mm in length, machines made entirely of stainless steel and aluminum. They are ideal both for domestic use and for professional use and they allow to roll easily different types of dough: pasta sheet, pizza and even sugar paste.

For the preparation of the dough, we suggest to look at our Spiral kneaders IS.

Practical and easy to use, they allow the adjustment of the cylinders opening from 0 to 7.5 mm, as to obtain the desired thickness of the pasta sheet. The rotation speed is constant at about 800 rpm. The machines have a high reliability and are equipped with accident prevention systems essential for the safety of the operator.
On the dough sheeters it is possible to apply the cutter accessory, with 1 or 3 cuts at your choice to make tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle ecc.
