Bottene
In 1875 Bottene patented "il Bigolaro", a manual press for the domestic production of fresh pasta such as bigoli and gargati. At the end of 1970, Bottene established itself in the global market through exports, rediscovering the Italian culinary tradition to the rest of the world. Since then the company has expanded the offer of its products, also starting to produce motorized presses. The constant technological innovation and the new market requirements have led Bottene to produce pasta machines that are increasingly complete and simple, suitable for both restaurants and families.
