Bottene PM 35 is a robust and easy to use machine with which it is possible to produce many formats of short and long fresh pasta using any type of flour (soft wheat, semolina, wholemeal), dough with or without eggs and also with addition of ingredients to give color and flavor to the dough (such as tomatoes, spinach, cocoa, etc.). The machine includes 4 standard brass-bronze dies of your choice and an electronic knife that makes cutting short pasta shapes easier and quicker. It is also possible to combine the PM 35 with the BE90 electric ravioli machine and therefore expand the variety of production by adding double sheet ravioli in different formats. For a correct combination between press and ravioli machine we also recommend purchasing the 90mm fixed pasta die and the AV.90 automatic sheet roller.
The machine does not require any type of maintenance except the normal cleaning operations recommended at the end of each process, it is built with high quality materials and complete with all the safety devices required by current regulations. The mixing shaft and the screw are easily removable for cleaning.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
