Vip 4 is an automatic pasta machine to mix and extrude any type of flour or egg dough in different shapes with electronic pasta cutter for cutting short pasta and air cooling system: just insert the ingredients and in a few minutes the pasta is ready in the types and sizes you want. 
The machine guarantees maximum hygiene because the parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel.
Metal construction, with movements on ball bearings and lifetime lubrication, practically maintenance-free.
Model built according to national and international safety regulations.

Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). 

Vip 4 doesn't include any die.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
