Professional pasta maker Compatta
Description
Compatta is a machine capable of kneading and extruding dough with or without eggs in different formats, depending on the installed die. It is sufficient to introduce the flour (00 flour, re-milled semolina, gluten-free, etc.), add water or eggs and in a few minutes the pasta is ready in the desired types and shapes.
It is complete with an electronic pasta cutter for cutting most short pasta shapes and air cooling of the extrusion area to superficially dry the freshly produced pasta; it is also equipped with a sturdy stand where you can place it.
The machine guarantees maximum hygiene as the parts in contact with the dough, which are easily removable for cleaning, are made of stainless steel.
The metal construction, with movements on ball bearings and lifetime lubrication, is practically maintenance-free.
Model built according to national and international accident prevention regulations.
Compatta does not include any die.
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
