Description
Imperia Raviochef is a complete line of moulds for the production of ravioli, tortelli, broth ravioli, stuffed cakes and many other formats. The different moulds for ravioli are made of moulded aluminium, they are mounted on an enamelled steel base and are equipped with rubber feet, which allow a perfect adherence to the work shelf. Raviochef are perfectly compatible with pasta sheets prepared with Imperia pasta machines, such as iPasta, Imperia Electric or PastaPresto. The design of these moulds encourages culinary creativity, allowing the user to experiment with new types of dough and fillings. Suitable for both professional and domestic use, these ravioli molds make the art of pastry and stuffed pasta accessible to all. The moulds of the Imperia Raviochef line are all equipped with a natural wood rolling pin included in the package.
