Description
The Imperia iPasta Ruvida (Cod. 4140) dough sheeter is manufactured in Italy and made of chromed steel, is characterized by rough rollers that allow the production of a sheet with a rustic texture, perfect to enhance the flavor of sauces. Imperia iPasta Ruvida allows you to roll out the dough up to six different thicknesses and is equipped with a "Duplex" cutter, which allows the production of two popular types of pasta: Fettuccine 6,5 mm and Lasagnette 12 mm. In addition, thanks to the use of its accessories (sold separately), you can prepare an infinite variety of pasta dishes: spaghetti, capelli d'angelo, tagliolini, reginette, trenette, fettuccine, lasagnette, pappardelle, raviolini, ravioli, cavatelli, gnocchetti sardi and rigatelli. This Imperia dough sheeter is supplied with a work clamp which allows to anchor the machine to the table. Easy to use and very versatile, Imperia iPasta Ruvida will allow you to make in a few minutes the best fresh homemade pasta.
