Today the catering line offers presses to cover from 30 to 150 seats within a single hour of work, as well as semi-automatic ravioli machines, gnocchi machines and pasta sheeters. With its products La Parmigiana is committed to offering the customer the possibility of creating a complete range for pasta of all types: from simple pasta sheets to filled pasta, with the use of traditional flour, wholemeal and even gluten free.
