Description
The AV200 is equipped with one or two rollers, it allows the wrapping of the pasta sheet on a rolling pin with a maximum width of 30cm. The sheet is equipped with a control panel and its own motor, which can be adapted to the customer’s needs. The AV200 can be used in combination with the fresh pasta presses SOFIA, D35 2.0, D45-C 2.0, SG30 and RZ50-150.
