Professional countertop machine for fresh pasta D35 2.0, ideal for making long, short and puff pastry, designed specifically to meet the needs of all categories of catering. The model D35 2.0 can produce up to 8 kg of dough per cycle. The machine is equipped with a grid that facilitates the introduction of liquids, an electronic knife with quick coupling, a steel gate and a screw with variable pitch. The D35 2.0 model is equipped with a safety system that, thanks to a latest generation electronic card, allows to reverse the rotation movement for 15 seconds and stops the machine in case of wrong dough. The fresh pasta machine D35 2.0 is easy to use and clean, designed for the processing of all types of flour and mixtures, even the gluten-free type.
