Description
Professional fresh pasta machine D45-C 2.0, ideal for making long, short and puff pastry, designed to meet the needs of all categories of catering. The D45-C 2.0 can produce up to 15 kg of dough per cycle. The machine is equipped with an inverter to regulate the variation of dough and extrusion speed, high efficiency mixing paddles, a grid suitable for the introduction of liquids and a ventilation hood on dies for pre-drying the dough. The machine is equipped with a system of anchoring the plastic trays, a dashboard and a plate of support accessories on the trolley. Simple and robust, the fresh pasta machine D45-C 2.0 is made of materials that prevent the dough from overheating, so it is not necessary to use a chiller. The D45-C 2.0 press is designed for the processing of all types of flour and gluten-free mixtures, as well as more traditional dough such as soft wheat and semolina.
