Fresh pasta machine SG30 - La Parmigiana
Description
SG30 fresh pasta machine, suitable for the production of fresh, dry and gluten-free pasta. The SG30 model is also suitable for making very soft dough (bread and pizza), traditional dough (soft wheat and semolina), special pasta and egg pasta. The upper mixing vat is centrifugal and can produce up to 35 kg of dough per cycle, it allows a homogeneous mixing and a static hydration, reducing the oxidation of the dough and thus preserving the quality of raw materials. The discharge system with sluice gate allows the passage from the upper to the lower vat in a few seconds, without having to flip one vat over the other or use your hands to move the product, in a faster, hygienic and safe process. The extrusion channel is equipped with a cooling system for continuous use (24h/g), while the completely removable stainless steel pins and blades allow a quick cleaning of the machine. The SG30 is available in two versions: with or without inverter.
