Small professional machines for the production of fresh pasta, commonly used at home, restaurants, delicatessens or small artisan workshops. All presses in this category have a bowl that can hold up to 4 kg of dough.
Most of the models are available with a knife for short pasta, a fan for initial drying of the pasta and the best performing ones are equipped with a water cooling system for continuous production.
Some models provide for the addition of accessories for the production of ravioli and gnocchi.
