This version of TR 50 fresh pasta machine is entirely made of stainless steel and is designed for the production of various types of fresh pasta in small laboratory or domestic contexts.
Its use is really simple: simply insert all the ingredients into the mixing vat (flour/semolina + water and/or eggs), let them mix for about ten minutes and then move on to extrusion; depending on the die installed you can make short or long pasta shapes.
Upon request it is also possible to combine the electronic knife for cutting some short pasta formats such as caserecce, fusilli, macaroni etc.
A jug for measuring liquids and the ring wrench are included with the stainless steel TR 50.

The components in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use.
The moving mechanical parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life seals.
The machine is driven by a single-phase electric motor, with belt drive and maintenance-free gearbox, and a chain drive for the mixer.
Stainless steel TR 50 is equipped with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps and the connection cable to the electricity mains, equipped with a plug, is flame retardant.

Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). 

Stainless steel TR 50 inox doesn't include any die.
