Fresh pasta maker TR 70
Description
The TR 70 fresh pasta machine, also available in the TR 70 INOX version with a stainless steel body, is suitable for producing various types of fresh pasta.
After pouring the ingredients into the vat (flour + water and/or eggs), simply wait about ten minutes for the ingredients to mix together and then proceed with extrusion.
With the help of the electronic knife (optional) it will also be possible to automatically cut short pasta in order to speed up and simplify the operator's work.
All components that come into contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use. The ease of dismantling the working parts allows for perfect cleaning of the machine after each use.
The machine is equipped with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps and the connection cable to the electrical network is of the flame-retardant type, with plug.
The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life sealing gaskets.
Drive with belt transmission and maintenance-free reducer; gear transmission for the mixer.
Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase).
TR 70 doesn't include any die.
