TR 50 fresh pasta machine suitable for the production of various types of short and long fresh pasta for small laboratories or for domestic use.
The machine has a vat capacity of 1,3 kg and therefore allows production of approximately 2,6 kg/h. Upon request it is also possible to apply the electronic knife for cutting some short pasta shapes.
Included with the machine are a jug for measuring liquids and the wrench for the ring nut.

The components in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use. The easy disassembly of the working parts allows access to every part of the machine for complete cleaning.
The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life seals. Driven by single-phase electric motor, with belt drive and maintenance-free gearbox, and chain drive for the mixer.
The TR 50 is equipped with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps and the connection cable to the electricity supply is of the flameproof type, with plug.

Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). 

TR 50 doesn't include any die.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
