Description
Sofia fresh pasta machine with centrifugal kneader, suitable for the production of various types of pasta for domestic or professional use. Ideal for crumbled dough and gluten-free mixtures, Sofia can produce up to 5 kg of dough per cycle. The press with kneading vat is centrifugal and allows a faster mixing and a hydration of the static dough, decreasing the oxidation of the dough and thus maintaining the original color of the dough. Supplied with the machine are four bronze dies to make maccheroni, tagliatelle, caserecce and fusilli. Sofia is equipped with a safety system that, thanks to a state-of-the-art electronic board, allows the rotation movement to be reversed for 15 seconds and stops the machine in case of wrong dough.
