Description
The manual machine for fresh pasta Divina is a typical regional pasta forming machine produced and manufactured in Italy. Ideal for making homemade pasta such as orecchiette, gnocchetti sardi and cavatelli smooth and striped. Divina is a robust manual cavatelli machine, space-saving, easy to assemble, use and clean, used both for domestic and professional use. It is produced with robust and durable materials, with an enamelled aluminum body certified for power contact and front rollers made of food-grade plastic. The machine is operated by a side crank and is sold with a plastic slide that allows to drop cavatelli, gnocchetti and orecchiette made directly into a bowl placed in front of the machine. Divina by means of a simple suction cup fixing allows the pasta machine to be fixed on all smooth surfaces, with a perfect adherence guaranteed by a vacuum gauge operated by a small lever placed above the base.
