Description
The Torkio Ok Leonardo fresh pasta hand extruder is a product manufactured in Italy, ideal for the production of different types of homemade pasta such as paccheri, casarecce, pappardelle, spaghetti, tagliolini, spaccatelli and passatelli. Torki Ok Leonardo is a space-saving machine, easy to use and clean, used both for domestic and professional use. It is produced with robust and durable materials, with an aluminum body and ring certified for food contact and an internal plastic propeller, while the applicable dies are made of brass. The hand press is operated by a side crank and is equipped with a multi-function pestle, useful to push the dough into the press and cut the dough out. Torkio Ok Leonardo is designed with a simple suction cup fixing that allows the press for the paste to be fixed on all smooth surfaces, with a perfect adherence guaranteed by a vacuum gauge operated by a small lever placed over the base.
With the Leonardo pasta hand extruder are included the dies for Spaghetti 2.5 mm, Tagliatelle 9 mm and Caserecce 10 mm.
