Imperia Chef in Casa 750 is a compact and reliable countertop machine, suitable for both professional kitchens and for those who love good homemade pasta. It is capable of kneading any type of flour and working with doughs made with or without eggs, producing long or short pasta shapes with the simple change of the die. The external structure is made in anodized aluminum and all the parts in contact with the pasta are in stainless steel. It is also equipped with a simple and ergonomic button panel; these details make it a safe, reliable machine that complies with current accident prevention regulations. The machine is equipped with a 100 mm wide pasta sheet die and a manual pasta cutter, all other additional dies can be purchased separately. It is also possible to combine the Chef in Casa press with the Manual ravioli machine for the production of 34x40 mm fixed ravioli mould, also it is possible to purchase separately an electronic cutter equipped with a potentiometer suitable for cutting short pasta shapes such as caserecce, maccheroni etc.
Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase).
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

It works great! I received my machine in a fairly short amount of time considering it came from overseas, and it holds out great. I don't feel like I can break it like I did with my plastic pasta machines.
