Imperia Chef in Casa 750 is a compact and reliable countertop machine, suitable for both professional kitchens and for those who love good homemade pasta. It is capable of kneading any type of flour and working with doughs made with or without eggs, producing long or short pasta shapes with the simple change of the die. It is possible to purchase separately an electronic knife equipped with a potentiometer or a manual knife, both suitable for cutting short pasta shapes such as caserecce, maccheroni etc.
The machine is equipped with a 170 mm wide pasta sheet die and 4 standard brass-bronze dies chosen from the catalogue. All other additional dies can be purchased separately. It is also possible to combine the Chef in Casa press with the Manual ravioli machine for the production of 34x40 mm fixed ravioli mould; to make ravioli it will be sufficient to purchase the manual ravioli machine + 100 mm pasta sheet die. The external structure is made in anodized aluminum and all the parts in contact with the pasta are in stainless steel. It is also equipped with a simple and ergonomic button panel; these details make it a safe, reliable machine that complies with current accident prevention regulations.
Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase).
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
