Manual ravioli machine
Description
The manual ravioli machine allows you to produce double sheet ravioli in the 34x40 mm format with different types of fillings.
Its use is very simple: just take two 100 mm wide sheets (which must be prepared separately), wind them on each of the two white rollers and place them on the ends of the machine, taking care to insert the edges of the two sheets on the mold. Once this is done, the filling must be put in the cylinder and the game is done. By turning the crank the filling will be pushed downwards where the two sides of the sheet will be simultaneously joined and closed. The ravioli already marked will come out ready to be detached with a simple gesture of the hand.
Any type of flour, semolina, or a mixture of semolina with flour can be used for the dough; the dough can also be prepared using only eggs or a mixture of eggs and water.
Being equipped with a fixed mold, the filling quantity cannot be adjusted.
The machine has an external structure in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the pasta are all in stainless steel; complies with current accident prevention regulations.
It can be easily fixed to the bench or work table via an adjustable clamp.
