PV 1,5 is a countertop pasta machine suitable for both small restaurants and domestic use, capable of automatically kneading and extruding dough made with any type of flour/semolina (even special or gluten-free flours) with or without eggs, and allows you to make different shapes of long or short pasta depending on the die used.
The kneading vat can contain up to 1,5 kg of dough (flour + liquid) and is equipped with a spiral-shaped bronze screw which ensures the extrusion of a perfectly mixed and homogeneous dough in just a few minutes. A bronze die for 1,5 mm spaghetti is included, while any additional dies must be purchased separately.

The machine is particularly robust, with all stainless steel mechanics and reducer body connected directly to the chain to reduce potential breakages and make the machine more reliable; it is designed to allow quick and easy cleaning as all the parts in contact with the dough, made of stainless steel, are easily removable.

Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase).
