Description
Fresh pasta maker PK 2 suitable for both kneading and extruding pasta, thanks to the optional electronic knife that can cut both short and long pasta; ideal for domestic and professional use. The PK 2 can produce up to 1.8 kg of dough per cycle with a maximum hourly output of 5 kg. The press allows the mixer and the screw to move in both directions, after a few minutes in kneading mode you can switch to extrusion mode and get the desired pasta format by conveniently changing the die. This fresh pasta machine is made of stainless steel and materials that are suitable for contact with food, it is equipped with IEC-C14 connector compatible with the power cables of each country, a touchscreen control panel and plastic feet with adjustable height. The various components of the PK 2 are easy to disassemble, allowing for quick cleaning.
Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase).
PK 2 doesn't include any die.
