Description
The gnocchi machine PG2-15 ideal for the production of chicche, smooth and ridged gnocchi that can be made both with the use of fresh potatoes and with preparations for gnocchi. The machine has a piston type of feed, designed to press and extrude the dough without changing its structure. The construction parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel, it is also possible to adjust the length of the gnocchi and the depth of the ridging during production through a practical electric regulator placed on the front of the machinery. The resulting gnocchi are approximately 2-3 cm in size.
