Description
Bottene PM 120 is a complete machine with double vat for the continuous production of long or short pasta shapes depending on the die used; it is also equipped with a water cooling system in the extrusion cylinder that allows it to maintain a constant temperature.
It is possible to use different types of flour (soft wheat, durum wheat, whole wheat, gluten-free, etc.) combined with eggs or just water; furthermore, thanks to the addition of optional ingredients such as tomato, spinach or cocoa, it is also possible to obtain excellent colored pasta.
It is a sturdy machine, built entirely of stainless steel and very practical as the kneading shafts and the screw can be removed for easy cleaning.
PM 120 does not require maintenance other than ordinary cleaning at the end of each production shift.
The machine includes 1 die of your choice, an electronic pasta cutter for cutting short shapes and a fan for initial surface drying of the freshly extruded pasta.
Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
