Description
Countertop double sheet ravioli machine RV 30 is a machine for the production of ravioli with interchangeable molds entirely built in stainless steel.
The RV 30 is fed by a 100 mm pasta sheet that produces tape ravioli which have to separated manually.
The mould substitution is as simple as adjusting the amount of filling, and it is possible to use any type of soft filling (meat, cheese, vegetables).
The RV 30 comes complete of 1 standard ravioli mould, but on request it is possible to have molds of different formats.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
- Ravioli moulds (crescent 70x40 mm - square 28/43/55 mm - triangular 60x50 mm - round 42 mm - oval 83x70 mm)

- Trolley with support for pasta tray
