Fimar MPF 8N is a machine for kneading and extruding flour dough with or without egg in different formats, complete with electronic pasta cutter and fan in the extrusion area, automated for the production of dough: just introduce the ingredients and in a few minutes the dough is ready. ready in the desired types and formats.

The machine guarantees maximum hygiene for the parts in contact with the dough are easily removable for cleaning, all parts are made in stainless steel.
Metal construction, with movements on ball bearings and lifetime lubrication, virtually maintenance-free.
Model built according to national and international safety regulations.

MPF 8N does not include any die.
