Fresh pasta machine PS 20
Description
The PS 20 fresh pasta machine is a pasta machine suitable for restaurants and small pasta factories. Entirely made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and mounted on swivel wheels and locking feet. It is equipped with a fan for a first drying of the pasta. It is also possible to extrude for many consecutive hours without having to stop to let the extrusion cylinder cool, thanks to the water cooling system. The PS 20 press is a professional pasta machine with a production of 18 Kg/h suitable for producing any size of fresh short pasta, long pasta and adjustable pastry. The pasta machine is complete with an automatic knife for an easier production of short pasta. It is also equipped with a digital touch screen control panel. The machine is equipped with a touch screen control system with the ability to load and customize recipes according to your production needs, customizing the extrusion speed, the knife speed and the temperature of the extrusion cylinder.
