Description
The PS 60 pasta machine is a fresh pasta machine ideal for industrial production built entirely in Aisi 304 stainless steel and mounted on swivel wheels, which allows easy repositionings. It is equipped with a kneading vat with a capacity of 12 kg, and produces 60 kg/h. The electronic timed rotary knife with variable speed allows easy production of short pasta. The PS 60 press is complete with a water cooling system that allows you to produce for many consecutive hours, without stopping the machine and wait for the extrusion cylinder to cool and it is also equipped with a fan for the first drying of the pasta. The machine is equipped with a touch screen control system with the ability to load and customize recipes according to your production needs, customizing the extrusion speed, the knife speed and the temperature of the extrusion cylinder.
