The PS 60DV pasta machine is a double vat press perfect for industrial production, with a production of 60 kg/h of fresh short pasta, long fresh pasta, pasta sheet and penne.
This fresh pasta machine is equipped with a kneading vat with a capacity of 15 kg and a kneading/extruder vat of 15 kg. This model is equipped with an automatic system for the tipping over of the kneading vat in order to facilitate the pouring of the dough. Furthermore, thanks to the water cooling system that keeps the temperature of the extruder cylinder low, it is possible to produce for several consecutive hours.
The PS 60DV press is entirely built in stainless steel and is mounted on swivel wheels.

The machine is equipped with a touch screen control system with the ability to load and customize recipes according to your production needs, customizing the extrusion speed, the knife speed and the temperature of the extrusion cylinder.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
