The PM 50 is a robust pasta machine practical and simple to use. It is possible to produce various type of fresh pasta with any type of flour, with or without eggs and even colored pasta: red with tomato, green with spinach, brown with cocoa, etc. The machine allows the operator to dose the ingredients at will to offer a very high quality fresh pasta which can also be personalized. The construction of the PM 50 is made with the highest quality materials and comply with all the safety CE standards. The screw and mixer can be easily remove for an efficient cleaning. The machine comes with 4 standard dies and electronic cutter for short pasta.
