Bottene's BE90 ravioli machine is a double sheet table ravioli machine with interchangeable molds. With this machine you can produce different formats of ravioli (rectangular, round, 1/2 moon etc.) and dose the amount of filling. It is built with high quality materials, all finished in stainless steel, robust and easy to use, in compliance with current safety standards. For a correct operation of the machine, it is advisable to combine it with Bottene presses (Inver or PM models) with the addition of the 90mm fixed sheet extruder and the AV.90 automatic winder.
The machine includes a mold of your choice.
