Fresh pasta maker TR 50 Inox

Fresh pasta maker TR 50 is entirely made of stainless steel and it is suitable for the production of various types of fresh pasta for small workshops or home use.
All the components in contact with the dought are made of stainless steel too, or bronze for food use.
The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life seals.
The machine is driven with a single-phase electric motor, with belt transmission and maintenance-free gearbox, and chain transmission for the mixer.
TR 50 comes with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps and the electrical cable (with plug) is of the flame-retardant type.
The cleaning of the machine is facilitaded by the semplicity of disassembly which allows the access to every parts of the machine.
With the machine, there are included a carafe for measuring liquids and a key for the ring nut.

Attention: it is recommended not to go beyond two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). At the end of the two cycles, the machine must be switched off, carefully cleaned of any residual dough and left to cool for at least an hour.
