Fimar PF40E is a machine suitable for kneading and extruding dough with and without eggs in different formats, it is complete with an electronic cutter for short cut pasta and water cooling system of the extrusion cylinder: the cooling system allows both to keep constant the temperature of the cylinder during the extrusion (thus avoiding overheating of the die which could lead to the "cooking" of the output pasta), and of producing for several consecutive hours without having to stop the machine to let it cool down.
It is sufficient to introduce all the ingredients and in a few minutes the pasta is ready in the various desired formats, depending on the installed die.
The kneading vat is also completely removable for perfect cleaning, even in the dishwasher.

The PF40E guarantees maximum hygiene as the parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel.
The metal construction with movements on ball bearings and lifetime lubrication makes the machine practically maintenance-free.
Model built according to national and international accident prevention regulations.

PF40E doesn't include any die.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
