Arrived extremely quickly and very well packaged and the customer service is fast and efficient. I absolutely recommend the machine and the company. Good machine... you MUST have correct semola rimacinata as normal semola is too coarse. Only 1 problem is the max speed automatic rotating knife that is too slow... shell shaped pasta does not come out right because it points towards shaft of the knife, the pasta touches the shaft and shape gets misformed

For some formats such as shells or gnocchetti sardi we recommend cutting by hand as the result obtained is better than with a knife.

I am delighted by my new PF40E pasta maker that I ordered recently from Lineapasta. It is ideal for my purpose, instructions were easy to follow and already producing great pasta of different varieties. The service received was excellent, and the process to get the shipment to me in Cape Town was seamless. Thanks to Lineapasta, could not be more pleased!

Really fantastic machine, for an average production I'm really happy for the service that was offered to me, the fact is that I recommended it to other colleagues, who also bought the PF40E Fimar machine. Received in Australia in just 10 days, faster than this I don't think they can find any.
