Cappelletti and ravioli machine MC160 - Castiglioni Nedo

The Cappelletti and ravioli machine MC160 is particularly suitable for the production of stuffed pasta with meat fillings but it can also work with ricotta, cheese, pumpkin, etc. It is equipped with an interchangeable mold system that allows the production of different formats and the filling feeding is continuous and automatic; it is also designed to adjust the speed of the pasta sheet, depending on the format. The various functions are controlled by independent variable-speed gearboxes with lifetime lubrication and do not require any type of scheduled maintenance. The parts in contact with the pasta and the filling are made of stainless steel and other non-toxic materials suitable for food use; the electrical panel is complete with the respective safety devices and built according to the current international standards.

The MC160 is complete with:
- Indipendent sheeting unit: consisting of a pair of adjustable thickness rollers entirely in stainless steel with independent external motorization.
- Feeding group of the filling with auger with washable endless screw: complete with independent external motorization with the possibility of micrometric adjustment of the quantity of filling contained within the product
- Group designed for the positioning and operation of the forming mold
- Function control panel with micrometric speed regulators
