Description
Bag in box filling line for liquids, food and other things, filling and closing liters bag in box 2, 3, 5, 10 and 20.
Composed by opening carton, bag filling, bag insertion into the carton, closure/gluing cartons.
Filler placed perpendicular to the packing where is the formation and closure of the carton in which the bags will be placed after filling.
The automatic filling machine is suitable to fill different types of alimentary liquids, therefore, the filling head is suitable to treat all types of bags and suitably designed to be sterilized with chemicals, hot water or steam.
After filling, the bag is cut for the detachment from the coil, send to the packing.
The carton is formed such that the insertion of the bag is compatible with the invitation prepared, act to ensure accessibility to the nozzle for final consumption.
