Description
Continuous Pasta Line. Automatic Mixer, Dough sheeter, former and filler with in feed and out feed conveyors.
Approx 100kg of dough is premixed then tilted into sheeter which producers a 500 mm wide sheet of dough, then the Sheet is conveyed up into the former where the inside fill ( meat, cheese etc) can be deposited, the dough is sealed up and stamped out into ravioli. The scrap dough is returned via a cleated conveyor back to the mixer to be reused.
Each line can produce up to 400kg p/hr or 70 ravioli pieces per minute.

2 x Sheeter formers
1 x spare mixer
5 x spare gearboxes for the sheeters
Also available is a spare parts list of equipment which is in new condition, includes bearings, seals, gears, feed screws, conveyor belting, ravioli stamps, punch cutters and lots more.
