The Imperia iPasta La Rossa dough sheeter (Cod. 4120) is manufactured in Italy and it is made of painted steel, in order to offer a color variation as an alternative to the chrome model, while ensuring its durability over time. With Imperia iPasta and its "Duplex" cutter, you can roll the dough in six different thicknesses and two types of pasta: Fettuccine 6,5 mm and Tagliolini 2 mm. In addition, with the help of its accessories (sold separately), you can prepare an infinite variety of pasta dishes: spaghetti tondi, tagliolini, fettuccine, capelli d'angelo, trenette, pappardelle, lasagnette, cavatelli, rigatelli, reginette frastagliate, ravioli and gnocchetti sardi.
