Description
P30 in an automatic and very riable machine, fit to carry out pasta production by using any kind of flour and durum wheat (semolina). It is suitable for all kinds of short and long pasta production.
P30 is a semi-industrial machine which can be combined with: automatic cutting machines, nest making machines, ravioli machines, cappelletti machine. Its operation is simple and afficient; its external structure is made of anodized alluminium and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and it respects all accident prevention regulations in force.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Kneading vat
- Shaft and screw which can be disassembled for an easy cleaning and maintenance
- Automatic pasta cutter with speed variator
- Fan
- Water cooling for extruding head and die.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:
1) Dies: both bronze and PTFE dies are available: bronze dies extrude a rough pasta while PTFE dies extrude a smooth and more trasparent pasta
2) Pasta sheet roller: for automatic production of pasta sheet rollers.
The press can work in line with nest machine for producing tagliatelle nests.
