Description
Designed for shop and small production facilities, it is a machine which produces square and round double sheet ravioli. Interchangeable dies allow for the production of different ravioli shapes and sizes.
Features:

- Two sets of single gauging rolls
- tainless steel continuous filling system with a vari-drive that is independent of machine speed adjustment. The combination of a rotary valve and filling pistons provides an accurate and precise dosage of the filling, avoiding the problem of leakage from the edges of the ravioli and allowing for a use of a broad range of fillings.
